At Outdoor Research, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 60-day return window for all unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached. If your equipment doesn't meet your adventure needs, we make the exchange process seamless and straightforward.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific pieces you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in the original mailer or a sturdy box.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
